How many photos can each person create?

Each paid team seat includes credits for 8 photo generations. You choose which results to use; the allowance does not guarantee 8 finished photos you will keep.

Do we own the headshots for our website, ATS, and marketing material?

Yes. Paid headshots are yours to use across your company website, LinkedIn profiles, applicant tracking system, internal directory, sales decks, speaker bios, and marketing material.

What happens when we hire someone in three months?

You do not need to re-pay for the whole team. Add seats for new hires, send them the same invite flow, and keep the same locked style so new photos match the existing team gallery.

Can we lock the brand styling so employees do not choose their own look?

Yes. The team admin chooses the background, clothing style, and brand direction once. Employees only upload their selfies; the final output follows the team style instead of becoming a collection of individual choices.

Do you sign a DPA for EU employees?

We do not currently offer a pre-approved DPA. If your organization requires one, contact us before purchasing or inviting employees. We will confirm in writing whether we can support the rollout.

How long are employees' selfies stored, and can we delete them after the rollout?

Employees' uploads and generated results may remain linked to their team records until deletion is completed. If your rollout requires cleanup after delivery, contact support to request removal for the relevant team members and confirm whether any storage or provider action remains unresolved.

What if the photos come back wrong for one or two people?

Every paid rollout includes a 14-day money-back guarantee, and individual results can be improved or adjusted when something is off. You do not have to accept a bad batch just because most of the team looks good.

How do you handle billing: invoice, PO, or corporate card?

Small teams can pay by corporate card at checkout. For larger rollouts, contact us and we can support invoice or purchase-order workflows before the team is invited.
