Paid teams can configure Zapier to send headshot invitations through our invitation webhook. Connecting your HR system requires a compatible trigger and setup; native integration with a particular HRIS is not guaranteed. You can also send invitations from the dashboard or import people via CSV.
Keep existing photos if they fit your company’s style. If someone needs a new headshot, invite them to create one from one clear selfie and review it alongside the team’s selected photos.
