Selfies are sent over HTTPS and may be stored or processed by providers in multiple jurisdictions. Depending on the upload surface, choosing or taking a photo may start upload, storage, or automated analysis before the review screen is complete. Consultants can contact support to request deletion of source photos and generated results. The Privacy Policy lists the current providers and explains how deletion status is confirmed.
